"Gift of Gin for the Missus"
I gotta mention there was a little hiccup with the delivery, but it got sorted out real quick. Totally get it, what with the holiday rush and all. The support team was top-notch and super fast in sorting things out. Can't recall the name of the guy who assisted me, but he was fantastic. This was a present, and it was well-received, plus there were a couple of bonus items thrown in, which was a nice touch. Kudos! All in all, I’d definitely suggest you give this shop a shot.

Excellent customer support. I ended up spending more than I should have on my order since I missed the deal for the additional chocolate box. The following day, I received a refund without even having to request it.

"Great item, but delivery was a letdown"
The item itself was solid and the customer support was decent. The only reason I didn’t rate it a full 5 stars is that the delivery was just terrible. It didn’t show up when it was supposed to, even after I paid for next day shipping. It took way longer than expected. They did refund the next day delivery fee, but there was no acknowledgment of the broken promises regarding delivery. This was meant to be a Christmas/New Year gift, and it just didn’t make it in time.

Wow, I'm so grateful! I picked up one of your hampers as a Christmas gift for my mum and stepdad. Honestly, I can't express how thrilled they were with it. They mentioned it was the finest hamper they’ve ever gotten, and the food? Oh my goodness, I got photos every single day because they were just that overjoyed. "Good quality, but delivery was off"
The food was really good and there was a lot of it. My only small complaint is that, even though I paid for a specific delivery day, it showed up a whole day late.
